Title

Celebrate the ocean-liner elegance of Marine Court with this bold art print by Andy Tuohy. Completed in 1936–38 to designs by Kenneth Dalgleish and Roger K. Pullen, the Streamline Moderne landmark was modelled on the Queen Mary—its sweeping curves and stepped elevation echoing a ship at sea.

Grade II listed since 9 November 1999, Marine Court has long anchored the St Leonards seafront. Requisitioned during the Second World War, it served as RAF No. 1 Initial Training Wing headquarters and sustained bomb damage in 1942 before post-war repairs returned it to service.

✦ Signed, embossed and numbered by the artist
