Celebrate the living story of the Great Western Railway with this Didcot Railway Centre art print by Andy Tuohy. Set within the former GWR engine shed and stabling point beside Didcot Parkway, the Centre opened in 1967 under the Great Western Society and preserves original 1930s facilities including the four-road engine shed, coaling stage and turntable. Visitors can ride demonstration trains along a near half-mile line, explore restored buildings and watch working steam in its natural habitat. Highlights include Brunel’s recreated broad-gauge scene with the Fire Fly replica and star locomotives such as King Edward II and the new-build Saint, Lady of Legend—keystones in the GWR story.
