Print and Poster deliveries are FREE within the UK

Due to shipping and duty requirements, we now only ship within the UK.

DELIVERY TIMES
Poster and book delivery time is generally 5 to 10 working days after placing your order.
Print delivery time is generally 7 to 15 working days after placing your order.
If you require an express delivery service please choose this option at the checkout.
All delivery times are subject to variation at busy times of the year and due to events beyond our control, we will advise you via email if delivery times are delayed beyond our usual deadlines. Unfortunately, no guarantee of delivery time can be given on orders.

PACKAGING
We do everything to ensure all our products arrive in perfect condition, no matter where they are sent.
We’re working on becoming as environmentally friendly and plastic-free as possible in our packaging and are currently looking at alternatives to any non-recyclables we use. If you have any suggestions get in touch! We’re always happy to hear about ways we can help fight climate change.
Posters are shipped rolled in plastic covering within a sturdy cardboard tube to ensure they are weatherproof in transit and arrive with you ready to unroll and frame.
Prints are shipped wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sandwiched in a sturdy, rigid cardboard shipping box to ensure they stay flat and protected during transit.
TRACKING
Prints are sent via courier. We can track your print orders within the UK.
Posters are sent via Evri or Royal Mail and we are unable to track these poster orders. If you would like an update about estimated delivery times please contact us.
All courier deliveries within the UK must be signed for. Please ensure that all products delivered are undamaged before accepting delivery of them and that they match the driver’s paperwork. You should retain any delivery and packaging notes for your records.
If any products are found to be missing or damaged you must notify us in writing at hello@andytuohy.co.uk within 14 days. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for details.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFO
Where possible we will endeavour to despatch all your order items together, however any items that are out of stock will be sent on as soon as possible. Please note, in this event, you will only pay one delivery charge on your order.
Currently we can only ship orders to a single location, if you require several products shipped to different addresses please get in touch with us or put them through as separate orders at the checkout.
NO ONE AT HOME
If there is no one in to receive your delivery the courier will leave a call card, this gives you the option to arrange for a depot collection or re-delivery at your convenience (details will be provided on the card). Alternatively, they will leave the order in the safe place your provided at checkout.
DESPATCH CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email to confirm that your items have been despatched. If you are concerned that you haven’t received your confirmation of order despatch within our advised time scales please contact us.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES
Andy Tuohy Design Ltd. products are sold in £ Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee before or on delivery. Additional local taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing an order.
PO (POST OFFICE) BOXES
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes.
