UK DELIVERY CHARGES FOR GICLÉE PRINTS AND GICLÉE POSTERS
Our standard UK mainland delivery charge is £20.00
For deliveries to non-mainland UK and the Scottish Highlands our charge is £35.00
Providing your items are available we will aim to deliver your order within 21 days. Where your order includes a giclee print / giclee poster as well as a small, light item (pack of cards / litho poster), the greater delivery charge will be levied.
We may use different companies to deliver your goods, for example Fastway Couriers and Parcel Force.
Where possible we will endeavour to send all of your order together, however any items that are out of stock will be sent as soon as possible, please note you will only be charged one delivery charge per order.
All giclee prints and giclee posters are wrapped in acid free tissue and packaged flat in MDF to ensure they travel and arrive in optimum condition.
All deliveries within the UK mainland must be signed for (please ensure that the Products delivered match the driver's paperwork and that the Products are undamaged) and you should keep your delivery note and packaging. You are required to notify customer services at enquiry@andytuohy.co.uk or 01303 221 060 within 14 days if any Products are missing or damaged on delivery. NO-ONE AT HOME
If there is no one in to receive your delivery, the delivery driver will leave a call card, this gives you the option to arrange for collection or re-delivery at your convenience (details will be provided on the card).

Providing your items are available we will aim to deliver your order within 21 days. We may use different companies to deliver your goods, for example DHL and Parcel Force.
Andy Tuohy products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local leglisation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.
Please note all of the above services require a signature upon delivery.

SMALL, LIGHT ITEMS DELIVERY CHARGES*
The 6-packs of cards and litho posters are considered small, light items as they do not need to be packaged flat for delivery.
Our standard UK delivery charge for 6-packs of cards is £ 1.95
Our standard UK delivery charge for litho posters (which are rolled and sent in a sturdy cardboard tube) is also £ 1.95
Europe £ 2.95 Rest of the world £ 3.95
*Please note that these delivery prices quoted for small, light items are based on a maximum weight. Should your order exceed this weight we reserve the right to increase delivery charges.

POST OFFICE BOXES
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes; however, we do deliver to BFPO's (British Forces Posted Overseas). For more information on weight limitations please visit the BFPO website at http://www.bfpo.mod.uk

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations therefore, we offer two solutions in this instance: you can either break your items into separate online orders, or you can contact our team at 01303 221 060 (UK) or +44 (0)131 221 060 (overseas) who will gladly handle your order request.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
If you have an email address registered with us you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been despatched.
